Download this iso and this efi file

Either burn the iso to a dvd, or use a usb with rufus
Copy the other file to a usb

Boot the iso
Install it
Boot
There will be an endless registry screen
Wait on that screen for 30 minutes
Restart into the iso again
Once you're in, do shift + F10
Type diskpart
Type lis dis
Type sel dis [number of your ssd]
Type lis vol
Type sel vol [number of 100mb fat32 volume]
Type ass letter z
Type exit
Type notepad
Go to file -> Open
Change Save as type: to All Files
Go to the Ventoy usb
Go to the folder you made
Copy bootmgfw.flashboot.efi
Go to Z:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot
Rename bootmgfw.efi to bootmgfw.efi.old (it won't visually show as renamed but thats fine)
Right click -> Paste (Ctrl + V won't work)
Press the folder with the green arrow in the top right and go back into boot
Rename bootmgfw.flashboot.efi to bootmgfw.efi
Close everything including the setup window
You will reboot into Windows 7 but will get an error
Don't close the error
Do Shift + F10
Type regedit
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion
Set setup.exe to 3
Close all windows including the error

And if you're lucky, you should reboot into Windows
